Grace Hancock

Soprano

has always loved performing. She recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance from Brigham Young University and performs regularly with several professional choirs. Having performed in BYU Singers for four years under the direction of Dr. R. Andrew Crane prior to her graduation, Grace has found a true passion for choral performance and a special appreciation for early music performance. Grace has soloed twice at Carnegie Hall in New York, toured Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Spain, Indonesia and Vietnam with BYU Singers, performed in and workshopped a new opera called Staggerwing at BYU with the composers Lisa DeSpain and Rachel Peters, and twice performed live and soloed under the direction of composer Eric Whitacre. Grace recently attended the Aspen Music Festival with the Seraphic Fire Professional Choral Institute. Grace is currently preparing to audition for early music performance graduate programs.
